Alec brings more than 22 years of experience representing owners and tenants of commercial real estate in 25 states in North America, as well as 30 countries throughout Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Australia and South America. Alec uses his broad knowledge of the local, national and global marketplaces to align real estate services with the real estate strategies of owners and tenants to assist them in meeting their business goals and objectives. To date, Alec has completed over 600 sales and lease transactions for his clients, totaling over 6.2M SF with a value of $2.1B. Alec's intense work ethic, integrity and dedication to the client's overall satisfaction has earned him the opportunity to work with some of the world's largest companies including Western Union, Sumitomo Corporation, Bank of Costa Rica, Teachers (TIFAA-CREF), D.R.
