Professional Experience

During her 17-year career in Commercial Real Estate, Anne Marie has primarily focused on tenant and corporate representation transactions and the sale of commercial real estate. Anne Marie specializes in tenant representation in the areas of office and industrial and has managed complex transaction negotiations and transactional services for clients such as Coca Cola, Cummins, Wells Fargo, SK Battery, Korean automotive suppliers, and the Arthritis Foundation. Additionally, she has extensive disposition experience selling REO assets for Aurora Bank, Zions Bank, and Ocwen.

Anne Marie earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic from Life University and a BS in Kinesiology from Texas A&M University, along with her Master of Corporate Real Estate through CoreNet Global. She is a Rotary International Member, past Rotary President, and current Chair of the Cobb County Rotary Council, and licenses in Georgia, North and South Carolina.
