Professional Experience
Chris brings over 22 years of diverse experience in corporate real estate, real estate development, transit-oriented development (TOD), economic development and including a stint with CBRE. Chris led the transit-oriented development department for the Regional Transportation District (RTD) in Denver, Colorado and is considered an expert in TOD. During his tenure at RTD, he played a key role in negotiating TOD deals throughout the acclaimed 13-mile T-REX project in Southeast Denver. Chris also managed early TOD initiatives for RTD's FasTracks project, the nation's largest transit expansion project valued at close to $8 billion. Chris has TOD experience with 100+ separate station locations in over ten large municipalities.
Chris is a Current Board Member - Rocky Mountain Micro Finance Institute, former Executive Committee Member - Urban Land Institute, Denver Chapter, and recent Co-Chair - Urban Land Institute Technical Advisory Panel Committee. He has been a constant participant in the TODay Committee of the Urban Land Institute and DRCOG, and Mayor Webb's 2025 Commission (DU Law, Denver Chamber), along with a mentor for the Urban Land Institute REDI Program. Chris earned his B.A. in Communications at Colorado State University.
