Professional Experience

Pat currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Greenwood Commercial Real Estate Group, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the firm serving on the Executive Leadership team. Her experience in the financial services sectors, with a reputation for developing innovative business and technology solutions that transform global operation greatly benefits GCRE and our clients. For nearly 10 years, Pat held the position of Vice President of Worldwide Billing & Collections for CNA Insurance in Chicago. In this role she led a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of billings in the area of commercial insurance coverage. In that role she directed, managed, and mentored a staff of 200 associates across five U.S. states, and cultivated client relationships.

Before joining CNA, Pat spent 21 years in various areas of JPMorgan Chase, including Senior VP, Government Financial Solutions where she led a team of over 400 employees. Pat is a passionate volunteer and has served as Board and Committee Chair for non-profits in Chicago and Atlanta. She earned her Bachelor of Science, Business Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, and her Master of Business Administration from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
