Robby is a 40-year real estate professional who was previously with Savills-Studley, Jones Lang Lasalle and Rv3 Solutions. Roby specializes in tenant representation with a focus on multi-market corporate occupiers. He has provided comprehensive account management, strategic planning, portfolio management and lease negotiation services for clients such as AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc. (now AAA Club Alliance), Environ-Ramboll, Plymouth Rock Assurance, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, State Street Bank, HDR, Conduent, Morgan Lewis, Reed Smith, and Dodge Data & Analytics. An experienced strategic consultant, Roby excels at serving clients across broad geographies and services, driving value by aligning client real estate portfolios and real estate goals.

Roby has completed in excess of 8.0M square feet of transactions both locally and nationally and has been recognized as an NJ Power Broker numerous times. He relocated to Denver in early 2021 to continue his career in both the tenant rep arena and national corporate services. Roby earned his Bachelor of Arts, Business Administration from Gettysburg College (PA), and is licensed in New Jersey and Colorado.
